The Pethop currently serve customers across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

By placing an order, you confirm all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to errors in pricing, inventory, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are added at checkout.

The Pethop accepts payments through secure third-party payment gateways. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, prices confirmed at checkout will be honored for that order

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and courier performance.

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate when placing the order.

The Pethop are not responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products—including hygiene considerations and pet safety—The Pethop do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

The Pethop encourages you to carefully review all product details, sizing charts, and measurements before placing your order.

📦 Wrong or Damaged Item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thepethop.in with your order ID and clear photos.

The Pethop will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution if the claim is valid.

⛔ Order Cancellations

The Pethop do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed, as processing begins immediately.

Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

6. Store Credit & Discounts

Store credit (if issued) will be sent via email in the form of a coupon code. Each code will have a validity period and can be used on eligible purchases.

Only one discount or coupon code may be used per order. Offers and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.
