What is your shipping timeline?
- Shipping timelines vary based on the category of products in your order:
Pet Clothing & Accessories
- Dispatched within 2 to 7 working days, depending on the item. The exact timeline is specified on each product page.
Pet Jewellery
- As some pieces are handcrafted, these may take up to 10 working days to ship.
Pet Food & Treats
- Typically dispatched within 2 to 4 working days to ensure freshness.
Note:
- Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
- If your package appears tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for parcels that are accepted in a damaged or altered condition.
Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
- Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible items within India.
- If reverse pickup isn’t available at your location, we may ask you to ship the item back to us. In such cases, the return shipping cost and responsibility lie with the customer.
Where can I find my tracking details?
- Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking link via email or SMS.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

What are your shipping charges?
- Domestic Shipping (within India)
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2000
- ₹100* for prepaid orders below ₹2000
- ₹150* for Cash on Delivery (COD)
